Sunday 13th October 2019.
I pick up Klaus; Philip and Judith from Jeffreys Bay and take them for a Two Day Tsitsikamma tour.  They on in South Africa for an environmental conference.
We only have two days so we have to fill our time with activity. The following is a brief description of our choices for the two days:
Starting with Storms River Bridge and then Storms River Mouth.  Looking at the raging sea and how it crashes onto the rocks is mesmerizing.   We walk the Suspension Bridges Trail.  Sitting on the beach on the East Side of the river mouth.  We see the Baleen  and vertebrae of the whale. We watch the bungy jumpers while having a sandwich lunch.
Our next stop is the Knysna Elephant Park where we walk with Sally the oldest elephant in the park.
We then do a hike on the Robberg in Plettenberg Bay ... To the Gap and then to the Island.  There is a strong easterly blowing but we continue all the way and then over to the Island itself where we walk the boardwalk.
We check into the Hill House flat.  Have a quick wash and go to Tobys for dinner.

Looking down from the Storms River Bridge.
On the bridge with Philip; Klaus and Judith.
We walk to the Suspension Bridges and then to the East side of the bridge to the beach where we see the Baleen and a few vertebrae of a whale
In front is the Baleen of a whale and you may be able to make out the vertebrae on the left of the pic.
Looking back across the Storms River Mouth.
The oldest of the Suspension Bridges.
Watching the Bungy jumping is always a treat.
Philip with a watchful guide making sure that the process goes on smoothly.
Judith stretches her hand out to the Elephant
 Klaus is feeding the Elephant.
Walking with Sally who is the oldest Elephant in the park. Probably about 30 years old

It is not possible to get up close to the Zebra as they are a nervous animal.
We walk the Robberg trail to the Gap and then to the Island.
On the beach of the Gap.
 Looking eastwards to the Robberg.
Wonderful views of a wild sea below.
Klaus and Philp on the Island Boardwalk.
This afternoon there is a strong easterly wind blowing.
We return to the beach and then back to the cars.
The Robberg trail is clearly marked.
Sunrise over the Robberg Beach makes for perfect jogging or walking.
I jog all the way to the end of the beach where the Robberg Peninsular begins.
Monday 14th October 2019.
Day two of the TsiTsikamma Adventure Tour.
Up early for a walk / jog on the Robberg Beach.  This is a wonderful time of day.  The beach is clean; Tide is receding which means plenty of shells to be found.  I jog all the way to the Robberg -- about 4km.

We leave Plett at 8am; stopping at the Vienna Cafe in Sedgefield for breakfast. The service was unfortunately a bit slow and we take longer than expected.  We then make our way to George and over the Outeniqua Pass where we again encounter a delay in our timing with three Stop and Go on the road to Oudtshoorn. So we arrive at the Cango Caves at 12.30 instead of 11.00am as planned.

Outside the caves with Klaus; Judith and Philipp.
We have  a wonderful tour of the caves with Chrystal as our Guide.  She explains the age of the formations and how, while mainly dry, there continues growth of the Stalagmites.  We take the Heritage Tour which goes into the caves for about 500m.  The next stage is the Adventure tour which continues for a further 700m and requires a bit of agility and is limited to reasonably slim people.

After the Caves we decide that it is now time to head straight back to Port Elizabeth.  Today we have driven something like 600km and arrive at the Hotel at 7.00pm.  It has been a good tour with plenty of activities and exploring.
